TAO-A/V validators are intended for applications where secured cash collection is part of the equipment requirement. The Series I version is available with lockable removable 200- and 500-note bill boxes. Series II options add 200-, 500-, and 1000-note cashbox choices, giving route operators more capacity flexibility.
Four-way bill insertion and auto-calibration support regular end-user operation. USB interfaces are available, and the TAO-A/V IIU supports firmware updating from a USB flash drive. Its water-resistant and humidity-resistant design is positioned for indoor and outdoor applications.
